Night Works on 7th & 8th August
We will be undertaking night works on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th August. These works will involve excavation in the western section of the Zone B site, near Pancras Road. The excavated material will be loaded into wagons and transported from the Zone B site via Goods Way and York Way to Gate 24 (junction of York Way & Handyside Street). We are completing these works at night to minimise distruption to the Goods Way traffic during the Olympics.
Noise from the works will be minimal as this area of the site is distant from any residential properties and the perimeter hoarding should hold the majority of the noise inside the site. There will be four wagons moving the material to Gate 24.
